RyKy Records (tm) is the marketing name for the music publishing component of Voron Communications, Philadelphia, PA, a sole-proprietorship of Neal R. Voron. Information gathered by RyKy Records (tm) is used by Neal -- and may be used by employees of Voron Communications, sub-contractors, or application service providers -- to facilitate transactions (ie. fulfilling and/or corresponding about orders), and to provide customer service.

Currently, orders placed through http://www.RyKyRecords.com/order.htm, our web site order form, are processed via PayPal. We are provided with the purchaser's name, email address, shipping address, items purchased, and amounts paid. This information is used to process and ship orders and for customer service interaction.
Our "RyKy Records (tm) Fan Club Newsletter" is confirmed opt-in. Our email service for our newsletter is provided by AWeber, and we do not sell or rent subscribers' addresses.
We also invite individuals to refer family, friends, and colleagues to song promotions via a service provided by mp3Postcards.com. Participants' information is only utilized appropriately based upon their interaction with the promotion(s).
We do anticipate implementing a "RyKy Records (tm) Affiliate Program" soon which will enable individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring sales of our CD albums to us. To effectively track referred leads, orders, and commissions, we will utilize affiliate program management software that employs the use of cookies on various domains utilized by Voron Communications and RyKy Records (tm).
